Is it legal in the state of Nevada to increase someone’s health insurance premiums without notice?

My job offers a fairly crappy health plan for too much money and I have yet to use it — and of course now, the icing on the cake is the fact that they increased our premiums without any sort of notification. How is this legal? What if I had purchased this insurance knowing it was the max I could afford (luckily I’m not in that situation but some of my coworkers are) and all of a sudden they take out more money from my paycheck than last month which put me over my monthly allowance without being able to opt out? Are we supposed to just sit and watch our paychecks shrink while the insurance company drains our funds? What if they raise it again? Is there anything I can do? The insurance company btw is Aetna.
Well we already know we’re being laid off but in my case for the better. It is a dead end job and I definitely need to do something catered to my skills and talents instead of rotting in that craphole
. Anyway, none of the management can explain it so either they are lying or it is the insurance company’s doing.

In Any State, at Any Time: A Reminder of the Urgency of Health Reform

State Mandates Driving up the Cost of Health Care and Redistributing Wealth!
bytestyle.tv Aside from being UNCONSTITUTIONAL, HR3200 will have serious implications for small businesses, the backbone of the US economy. In this video Shelly gives a common sense, layman's explanation of the hidden costs in our insurance premiums mandated at a state level. I AM PAYING FOR WHAT?!! Remember, government regulations, and lack of enforcement of the constitution currently constricts competition across state lines, driving up the cost of insurance. Tort reform should be a consideration…and of course the immoral, unconstitutional Federal Reserve devaluing our currency since 1913!!!! PLEASE SHARE THIS VIDEO!! Does the state of Idaho pay Medicare insurance premiums?

The Social Security Administration has sent out a letter dated March 24, 2008, that states that the state of Idaho will no longer pay Medicare insurance premiums, so the Social Security Administration is now deducting additional money from its award to a person, to cover what the state of Idaho will no longer cover. How does all that work?
